Director of Clinical Services

Territory covers northern VA, DC, Silver Spring and eastern shore of Maryland.

We are searching for an outstanding Nurse to step into the role of Director of Clinical Services - who will function as the division's clinical lead, responsible for quality, education and nursing services. Responsibilities include implementing programs to improve patient quality outcomes through education, project management and support for the clinical staff.

Among the skills and experience, the successful candidate will need in order to pursue this opportunity are a nursing degree (an advanced one preferred), five years of nephrology experience, strong communication skills and experience in managing and mentoring people.
